SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting the Sales Team to meet KPI metrics and company objectives.

DUTIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Provide item and pricing recommendations to sales team tailored to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts
• Streamline operations and prioritize tasks to increase productivity of the organization.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lead/coordinate a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

DETAILS:

• Direct Hire
• Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm
• Salary = $70,000-$75,000/year
